Going to a technical high school I was familiarized with the different trades that are available, such as fitting and turning, motor mechanics and building constructions which is commonly known as the construction industry. You need to be made of a certain clothe to be able to excel in the construction industry and to make a prosperous career out of it.
Having a job or owning a construction requires certain types of skills and training, and even those with countless years of experience learn new things everyday out there on the job.
The construction industry consists of several of qualified professionals such as:

• Engineers
• Town planners
No matter the job type in construction there is always something new to do and learn from cities are gradually being modified as to be ushered into the 21st century, as long as something needs to be build those in the construction industry will always have work.

It is always wise to hire employees that you can trust, that treat their job as if they own company themselves. Hard work, dedication, responsibility and a strong work ethic are good characteristics of an employee especially a construction superintendent.
A construction superintendent is a contractors point man on a construction site, although the job may differ slightly from each construction site, a construction superintendent is responsible for the overall operation on  site, making them solely responsible for the execution and completion of the construction project at hand.
The most important tasks that a construction superintendent does are:
• Scheduling: Making sure the project is running like clock work
• Timing:  Job done in a set time frame
• Responsibility: Arrive there on time
• Multi-tasking: Handling different things all at one time
The word construction superintendent may also be known as construction manager and this is what these people basically do, they make sure a project is completed effectively and efficiently.
